Holiday Baking

This weekend we spent lots of time on holiday baking and crafting.  Abby was the perfect assistant!  She helped mix and roll peanut butter cookies for "blossoms", unwrap candy canes for a new treat, and stir cereal for Chex Mix.

these are not ours,  but they came out close! 

The candy cane treats I plan on giving away to my staff and colleagues.  They were fun to make and fairly quick.  The picture was all over facebook and I just figured out how to whip them up.  Wouldn't they be perfect in a cup of hot chocolate????
